Back to my passion for creativity...

For the past  days(not sure how many days) may be still now , I am living in chaos. I couldn't determine when it started but could realize it. The best way to put back every thing right is to do what we love...it sparked when my daughter asked me, "ma why you are not making anything beautiful as before?"...yes, I making things, still I sew for me, my daughters, at times I also  paint but that is based on necessity. So I thought why not I make something beautiful for no reason...

Just make it because I love it...Not anything more than that.

So as a part of it, I trying some thing new, learning mathubani painting

  

Deepavali Model

Last week we made a model for Deepavali.

 

The full view of the model. The house is made with thermocol. My friend made the house and I painted it. You can also find the small diyas as deepavali is the festival of lights....

We made the miniature human figures using metal wire and paper, chart paper for crackers...

Dresses made for daughters...

Sharing some sewing project after a long time. These are the dresses I made for my daughters for deepavali. I tried peplum top for the first time I loved the output. Planned to make more tops in this style...

Agriculture field model

This is another model we have made for the school project.This is first time I am making miniature human figures, (the woman and the man with plough). I couldn't find small toys.

Tops..Tops...

I am a big fabric hoarder. Though I am not actively sewing I never forget to buy fabrics whenever I step out for shopping. Addicted to fabrics.  Now running out of space even after buying many boxes to organize. So decided to clear some... 

The first one is some kind of georgette  material. I made a sleeveless tops for my daughter.

The other one is crop top in cotton fabric with rubber prints and  lace...

Dresses
